The Fiancé Dilemma by Elena Armas

Green Oak #2

Rating: ★★★★★

Dates Read: 2/8/25 - 2/10/25

Josie Moore’s love life is a PR disaster, four failed engagements and a newly discovered father making headlines. When stranded ex-journalist Matthew Flanagan stumbles into town, a misunderstanding casts him as her fake fiancé. What starts as a convenient arrangement soon feels dangerously real, but can Josie risk believing the fifth time’s the charm?

Matthew Flanagan the man that you are!!! I loved both main characters, as well as Grandpa Mo, who may be my favorite supporting character that Armas has written. I loved the slow burn, the angst, the tension, just everything. I loved the pacing, the bond between Matthew and Josie, I even loved the bitchy podcast hosts. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about this book.

Massive thank you to Atria and NetGalley for giving me this ARC in exchange for an honest review. (Yes, I am insanely late posting, and I am so sorry.)
