Savannah Riley has been struggling with her past for almost eight years, and despite trying to find the good in the world, her wounds are far from healed. Unexpectedly, she meets Hollywood heartthrob Lincoln Ashmore in the small southern town of Sandlapper Cove, where he is filming a new movie. As they fall in love, they both wonder if Savannah's past and the challenges of life in the spotlight will be too much for their relationship to handle.

This book had its ups and downs for me. I really liked Link and Savvy, but I also felt like their relationship was a bit rushed. I think the book could've benefited from being more drawn out. This will likely not be the case for everyone, just a personal opinion. The twist where we finally find out what happened to her was a real surprise, and I loved Savvy's character development.

Some of the writing, during spicy scenes specifically, kind of read like fanfiction. However, that's fine with me because I love fanfiction and I think this is a very fanfiction type trope. I really enjoyed the dynamic between Tiff and Drew, and their interactions were super cute. I absolutely loved Griffey.

Overall, this was a super cute read, and I absolutely loved the ending! Huge thanks to K.D. Miller and BookFunnel for giving me this digital reviewer copy in exchange for an honest review.
