    In the wake of a series of brutal murders in Las Vegas, Cassie Hobbes and the Naturals dive into the investigation. This UNSUB has different methods each time, and a knack for avoiding surveillance. Each victim has a cryptic code on their wrist, leading the team on a wild chase for hidden meanings. 

    At the same time, Cassie faces a break in her mother's case. Tensions simmer among the team, and as challenges pile up, they're forced to confront both impossible odds and tough choices.

    This book had me on edge with its gripping story and jaw-dropping twist. I need Judd and Sloane to get happy endings. Judd is the perfect guardian, and the fierceness he protects the kids with, oh my heart. Sloane is the sweetest in the whole entire world, and Lia is such a girl's girl. I really hope the next book gives us her backstory, I haven't even read the synopsis of Bad Blood yet. 

    Honestly, this is currently my favorite of the series. Without giving away too much, let's just say Jennifer Lynn Barnes has me hooked—I'd read anything she writes, even her grocery list. I can't wait to dive into Bad Blood, which quickly climbed to the top of my TBR. Once I wrap up one of the two books I'm currently reading, it's straight into book 4 for me.
