She'll need to make tough choices to survive this mess. In the end, someone's gotta pay for what they've done.

    I loved this. I, again, can't say much without spoiling it but I thought this was a perfect ending. Modglin is a master at writing plot twists that you can't see coming, and The Atonement is no exception.

    I listened to the audiobooks for the entire series, and I have to hand it to the narrators. They are the perfect fit, and they blew me out of the water. The audiobooks made experiencing this story so much fun.

    I cannot wait to continue making my way through Modglin's other novels. I highly recommend this series, it's fun, fast-paced, and incredibly intense. I would love to see these made into movies.
