Five years ago, everyone in the Gerbera subdivision of Fallen Oaks was brutally murdered, except the children who became known as The Fallen Oaks Five. Now, as the anniversary of the massacre nears, they receive threatening letters warning that their attackers are still out there. Returning to Fallen Oaks, they face a town full of secrets and suspicion, racing against time to uncover what really happened that tragic night before they're targeted again.
I found this book pretty interesting for most of the story, but the ending was a bit offbeat and didn't quite land for me. Overall, it was okay—I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it either.
