Amber Patterson Parrish has worked hard to stay on top of Bishops Harbor's social scene, but her life begins to unravel when her husband Jackson is released from prison. Meanwhile, his ex-wife Daphne returns to the town to allow their daughter supervised visits, despite knowing Jackson can't be trusted. When a figure from Amber's past seeks revenge, the three women form an unlikely alliance. But as secrets surface, they must fight for everything they have in a high-stakes game where no one is what they seem.
I would love to see both of these novels made into movies. I love Constantine's writing so much, and I cannot wait to read more from her. The Mrs. Parrish series as a whole is one I am always recommending, and it is just so interesting and fun. This book held my interest so well, and I am very happy with the way everything ended.
